Design for the space, not just the screen
Measure the wall or table area and keep the message short enough to read in a photograph. This tool splits a completed image; add names, dates and lettering in your design app before exporting a PNG or JPG. A wide image works well above a table, while a portrait design suits a welcome board.
Estimate paper before printing
Choose the paper in your printer and enter the intended poster width. Compare portrait and landscape: rotating the paper can change the sheet count without changing the image. Keep 5 mm overlap for easier assembly. A 60 cm wide design is a modest sign, not a full photo-booth wall, so check the dimensions against the venue.
Assemble early and keep it flat
Print a color test before committing to every sheet. Assemble on a clean table, tape from behind and attach the finished paper to a suitable backing. Ordinary paper is best for indoor temporary displays; ink and paper can react to moisture outdoors. Save the PDF if you need a spare before the event.
Help & FAQ
Can I add text inside the poster maker?
This version prints existing artwork. Add the text in your design application, then import the finished image.
Will a banner always fit on four pages?
No. The count depends on its aspect ratio, width, paper and margins. The preview shows the actual number before you download.
